Wang Shujin was a renowned expert in the martial art disciplines of Bagua Zhang, Taiji Quan, and Xingyi Quan. Wang was also a spiritual leader in a Taoist Sect called the Constant Path (Yi Guan Dao). He learned Hsing-I Chuan (Xingyi Quan) and Bagua Zhang from Zhang ZhanKui (Zhang Chan Kuei), Li Cun Yi and Xiao Hai Po. Wang moved to Taiwan in the 1940s. In the 1950s and 60s, Wang taught martial arts in Japan. Master Wang Shujin (1904-1981) was known for being an innovator and the first teacher to teach the Taijiquan, Xingyiquan, and Baquazhang in the country of Japan (1959). He established the Cheng Ming School in Taiwan and Japan. He would initiate eight known disciples during his lifetime. These honored gentlemen are listed alphabetically as: Chao Piaosheng; Huang Jinsheng; Jibiki Hidemine; Lai Tianzhao; Rottmann Manfred; Wang Fulai; Zhang Yizhung; and Wells Marnix. Chao Piaosheng was the first disciple to teach in South America, and settled in Buenos Aires, Argentina where he opened a school in 1985. Huang Jinsheng instructs in Taiwan and Japan. Jibiki Hidemine teaches the arts in Japan. His school in Tokyo was established by Wang Shujin. Lai Tianzhao would teach in Taizhung, Taiwan. Manfred Rottmann would be the first disciple to instruct the Cheng Ming neijia in the Americas, Malta (1994) and Italy (1996). His school in Calgary, Alberta, Canada was opened in 1978. Wang Fu Lai established the first schools of Cheng Ming neijia in Israel, Australia, and continues the instruction of the arts in Taiwan, USA, Italy, and Japan. Zhang Yizhung (1921-2005) taught in Japan and opened the first school of WSJ's neijia in California, USA in 1979.
